LordPaul Posted January 16, 2021 Posted January 16, 2021 Anyone having issues accessing this rapp within the DumaOS dash? Keeps giving the error that this "router app is not loaded yet please try again in a minute" Running DJA0231 18.1.c.0590, OS version 3.0.197 All the other apps are running fine
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 16, 2021 Administrators Posted January 16, 2021 In the System Information page in the Rapp panel options change the number of retries to 5 then reboot the modem and see if it loads correctly please after that.

If not they may want to have some remote access but I'll get back to you as soon as I can on this.

Can you please provide a screenshot of how you've currently got Traffic Controller configured? Could you also please confirm for me from which device you're accessing the DumaOS interface and which web browser you're using?
