Toma Posted January 13, 2021 Posted January 13, 2021 I have the netduma r2 for about a month and I'm very happy with the product, but now in having a problem connecting to the dashboard. After I login, the loading circle pops up and stays on the screen for hours not giving me access to the dashboard where I can edit geofilter, bandwith... Please help

Netduma Liam Posted January 21, 2021 Posted January 21, 2021 Hey! Were any changes made to the environment that you think could've caused this? Do you still have internet access? Are you able to access the interface by navigating to 'dumaos/'?

Use these details: IP - 192.168.77.2 Subnet - 255.255.255.0 Gateway - 192.168.77.1 DNS - 192.168.77.1 then try to access the interface please.
