Cant connect to dashboard

I have the netduma r2 for about a month and I'm very happy with the product, but now in having a problem connecting to the dashboard. After I login, the loading circle pops up and stays on the screen for hours not giving me access to the dashboard where I can edit geofilter, bandwith... Please help

Hey, welcome to the forum!

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. Does using the LAN IP to access instead work? - 192.168.77.1 ? 

If not clear your browser cache/cookies and reload the page.

Hey! Were any changes made to the environment that you think could've caused this? 

Do you still have internet access?

Are you able to access the interface by navigating to 'dumaos/'?

internet still works great and same error comes up when dumos/ is used

Please set a static IP on your PC by following this guide: https://pureinfotech.com/set-static-ip-address-windows-10/ follow the control panel section. Use these details:

IP - 192.168.77.2
Subnet - 255.255.255.0
Gateway - 192.168.77.1
DNS - 192.168.77.1

then try to access the interface please.
