Simon
Hey Guys, Im having an issue with warzone.. So I recently bought the Netduma r2 last week and It was amazing for me and it wasnt lagging or anything.. Recently its been putting me in games where I am lagging like crazy. This has started today. My ping in the netduma will show 30 and then jump to 50 and back down to 30 and when I go in game the ping will go up to 100+ when I was getting servers before with 50-60 ping... I also noticed that when I go to Ping heatmap it doesnt show any good servers anymore.. Im only getting servers 50 ping and up.

Netduma Liam
Hey! Could you also please provide a screenshot of your Geo-filter map? It may be that we need to do a cloud update for ping heatmap, I'll pass that on to the team!

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 13, 2021 Administrators Share Posted January 13, 2021 Your Ping Under Load tests shows quite a lot of spiking which backs up what you have been saying. You will need to fine tune Congestion Control (using Always) and then find the percentages that lower those results as much as possible. That should then help when playing. Also your Geo-Filter radius is quite large, you can decrease that a bit.

I wasn’t getting lag spikes until 2 days ago and I’m not sure why..
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 15, 2021 Administrators Share Posted January 15, 2021 Could you provide a screenshot of what Ping Under Load shows on those settings please? What ping are you getting shown by the Geo-Filter now? What is your radius size now?

Radius size is now 1328 KM.
Netduma Liam
There's still some big spikes in there, could you please provide a screenshot of your current congestion control config?
