Pedain
Basically trying to access Dumaos via 192.168.77.1 to login, this comes up which I've never had in the past. Tried admin and password which didn't work, reset the router and then tried again which also hasn't worked
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 10, 2021 Administrators Share Posted January 10, 2021 Hey, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue. Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, then connect it, wait 1-2 minutes for it to boot, then try logging in with admin / password, if that doesn't work hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 1-2 minutes and try again. Pedain
For some reason the netduma ping heatmap doesn't load, and the geo filter takes a while to load also. Any idea how i can sort this? Thanks

Any idea how i can sort this? Thanks Have you upgraded to the latest firmware .179 and then done a factory reset? There are a lot of fixes on that version so would recommend doing that first https://forum.netduma.com/topic/33236-announcement-new-r2-firmware-30179/
