CRarsenxL Posted January 6, 2021 Posted January 6, 2021 I am playing on my PS5. Where is the gaming section in the breakdown? Could this be why traffic prio doesnt work correctly?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 6, 2021 Administrators Posted January 6, 2021 That's more related to DPI, rather than for consoles so we do need to update that, I've told the devs about this already. PS5 Prio should work if you use manual ports, have you tried that?
CRarsenxL Posted January 7, 2021 Author Posted January 7, 2021 So PS5 Prio doesn’t work properly with games console. Only with the manual? what ports should I do?

The same way as before, add the ports based on the game you are playing but you can also add 1935,3074,3478-3480 TCP/UDP
CRarsenxL Posted January 7, 2021 Author Posted January 7, 2021 Could you possibly lay it all out ? Or link a thread with the proper traffic prio for ps5? Thanks fraser
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 7, 2021 Administrators Posted January 7, 2021 That's actually the ports for CoD as well for the PS5 I just checked, do these three rules: Source 1-65535 Destination 1935-1935 Protocol TCP/UDP Source 1-65535 Destination 3074-3074 Protocol TCP/UDP Source 1-65535 Destination 3478-3480 Protocol TCP/UDP
CRarsenxL Posted January 8, 2021 Author Posted January 8, 2021 Something isn't working right with traffic pro, Download packet are being dropped. My friend has an xr500 and used the same ports. His download/upload ratio for 3074 port was a little more down and up. Mine is SIGNIFICANTLY more up then down. Traffic prio is bugged, and this is proof

CRarsenxL Posted January 8, 2021 Author Posted January 8, 2021 Yes. He used Games Console Device type and I used PlayStation
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 8, 2021 Administrators Posted January 8, 2021 So you used manual ports and he didn't? In that case there are more ports you will need to add, potentially the first one I mentioned.
CRarsenxL Posted January 8, 2021 Author Posted January 8, 2021 Not traffic prio. For traffic we used the same 3 port ranges you gave me. 1935 didn’t work tho. Device Manager : Games Console (my friend) device manager : PlayStation (me) i for higher upload packets, he got higher download same circumstances for both down to the ISP and everything.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 8, 2021 Administrators Posted January 8, 2021 Okay interesting, if you change to Games Console do you see the same behavior as he did?
CRarsenxL Posted January 8, 2021 Author Posted January 8, 2021 Not really. I still get higher upload. Xr1000 is bugged?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 9, 2021 Administrators Posted January 9, 2021 May just be you haven't got the right ports, I'd suggest having a look here, there is a huge discussion about it https://forum.netduma.com/topic/30110-how-to-get-better-hit-detection/
CRarsenxL Posted January 9, 2021 Author Posted January 9, 2021 Not sure if it’s an issue but sometimes the red light isn’t popping up for any of the traffic prios you gave me....

CRarsenxL Posted January 9, 2021 Author Posted January 9, 2021 No it wasn’t counting it all the time. I’ve used Wireshark before and I know 3074 packets happened frequently. It should be lighting red / counting packets every other second or so. Not a minute in between
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 9, 2021 Administrators Posted January 9, 2021 The source port may be 3074 instead to a different destination port, may be worth checking that on Wireshark
