DiGz
Can you change the modem from auto and select 1000/ full duplex?
Stobbee
It would be awesome but I don't know where to look for. Should this be a setting on my ISP router or on netduma R2?

If you connect the R2 WAN/Internet port to one of the other LAN ports on the ISP router, does it stay the same. 1 minute ago, Stobbart said: It would be awesome but I don't know where to look for. Anyway I can't find the option to change speed on my ISP router I mean, the ISP router has multiple LAN ports, if you try those other ports with the R2 connected is 100Mbits still reported on each? Stobbee
Yes, from R2 WAN port to every lan port of my ISP router is always
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 6, 2021 Administrators Share Posted January 6, 2021 This may sound peculiar but could you unplug the R2 from the ISP router, then connect your PC to the WAN/Internet port with the ethernet cable, then go to the Device Manager and see what the link speed is please. You won't have internet but it's just to test.
Stobbee
From R2 ethernet port to my pc it's fine, 1000Mbits

Stobbee
No, my bad, they where both lan port. I'm going to try with the WAN port in a few minutes
Stobbee
From R2 WAN port to my pc it's 100 Mbits . Is it the WAN port defective?

Stobbee
Unfortunately I can not test it, because I've lent the R1 to a friend
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 7, 2021 Administrators Share Posted January 7, 2021 Okay no worries, please make sure the R2 is setup to get an open NAT so it's in the DMZ of the ISP router, then could you enable remote support in Settings. I will then ask a dev to connect hopefully tomorrow and see if they can have a look and fix it.
Stobbee
I've contacted support and they told me it needs to be replaced. I'm using my ISP router at the moment in order to reach full speed
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 7, 2021 Administrators Share Posted January 7, 2021 I think this can be fixed without a replacement, I have a dev who can connect and take a look. I would suggest we at least explore that. If you do the above let me know and I can pass it on to the dev.
