EXAMPLE: Modem or ISP supplied modem/router combo>>>>XR700. Is your pc connected directly into the R2 and not another router on your network. Is this the first time accessing the router or have you been through the setup wizard before? Unplug the XR from the ISP modem/router, then access through 192.168.1.1 and go through the setup wizard. Then go to LAN Settings and change the LAN IP to 192.168.2.1 for example. Then connect them back together, reboot the XR and it should work and you can then access from 192.168.2.1 from then on.
