I ran an auto setup buffer test and it recommended 100/100% is this correct??

Did you do the advanced options or just basic? You do have very high speeds so bufferbloat is less of a problem for you so it is possible.

Your speeds are high so bufferbloat isn't much of an issue so it could be correct, when you do Auto Setup and it suggests 100% what does the graph look like for ping that it generated?
