search game doesn't reveal other players.

I just purchase R2 but i have a serious problem.

I use polygon mode and everytime i search for a game it doesn't reveal ANY player.

And the biggest problem is that it put players outside the polygon mode even from US.

I live in Europe.

I purchase R2 for that reason ONLY.

I already flush cloud , remove PS4 from devices , switch off r2 etc

Is this Cold war that you're experiencing issues with?

When adding the device, did you select a game specifically or select 'Choose manually'?

Ensure you have filtering mode enabled in the device profile and ensure you reboot the game after making changes to your Geo-filter settings.

It's Black Ops 4.

I tried both options, no luck.

Filtering mode is enabled.

Every time i made changes i flush cloud , remove PS4 from devices , switch off r2 for 1 minute.

Nat type open and no other devices attached with R2.

Hey, welcome to the forum!

CoD is a server based game so you are unlikely to see players that are connecting to your game on the map - you can't influence where other people connected. 

Can you provide a screenshot of what the Geo-Filter looks like when you're in a game please?
