Mr Bline Posted December 12, 2020 Posted December 12, 2020 Every time I try and connect via either one of my wireless laptops it comes up with the netduma R2 wireless WiFi but every time I type in the password it says bad password anyone have any ideas as to how to fix this it would be really appreciated
Newfoundland Posted December 12, 2020 Posted December 12, 2020 Double check you are entering it correctly, if not I would wire up to one of your laptops and get in that way then you can see what’s going on with the password and change it if need be.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 13, 2020 Administrators Posted December 13, 2020 Hey, welcome to the forum! Great advice above, would suggest connecting via ethernet and changing the password.
Mr Bline Posted December 18, 2020 Author Posted December 18, 2020 Neither of my laptops have an Ethernet port so I’m a bit stuck

Mr Bline Posted December 18, 2020 Author Posted December 18, 2020 Ok I won’t be able to do it until tomorrow now so I’ll let you know what has happened tomorrow

Mr Bline Posted December 19, 2020 Author Posted December 19, 2020 It won’t let me connect on my Xbox either it comes up with Nat Type strict UPnP not successful xbox.com/xboxone/UPnP
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 19, 2020 Administrators Posted December 19, 2020 We can sort out the NAT but do you have an internet connection now and access to the interface?
Mr Bline Posted December 19, 2020 Author Posted December 19, 2020 No it won’t let me get onto the website or anything neither the actual netduma WiFi
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 19, 2020 Administrators Posted December 19, 2020 I'd suggest either looking at a getting an ethernet adapter for the laptop or you can email [email protected] and they may have some more ideas.
Some_Dude Posted January 11, 2021 Posted January 11, 2021 The wifi password printed on my Netduma R2 is wrong. Log in to the router and see the listed password.
