Anyone else try the auto set up and it drastically reduces the upload to between 1-5%?

For the moment I would recommend manually setting it up yourself as the feature is too aggressive at the moment.

As above! The next version is much better in my opinion, we also give you advanced options for the feature which let you choose how aggressive it is, what you want your max spikes to be etc.
