Mario Rodriguez Posted October 30, 2020 Posted October 30, 2020 Hi there, I would like to know if this error message is normal or if there is something wrong with my R1 or the DumaOs. I have the update version 3.0.171
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 30, 2020 Administrators Posted October 30, 2020 Hey, welcome to the forum! As you're on the beta version please post in the beta section from now on. Did you do a factory reset after upgrading? If not please do so, it will have been a significant jump from the firmware you were on previously.
Mario Rodriguez Posted November 2, 2020 Author Posted November 2, 2020 Did the factory reset, and the message still pops up
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 3, 2020 Administrators Posted November 3, 2020 What web browser/device are you using to access the interface?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 9, 2020 Administrators Posted November 9, 2020 Re-upgrade to the same firmware then do a factory reset please and see if that resolves it.
Mario Rodriguez Posted November 10, 2020 Author Posted November 10, 2020 I re-upgraded it, then install an older version, then factory reset, then install the latest version and the factory reset and the message still pops up every time I brows from one section to another.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 10, 2020 Administrators Posted November 10, 2020 How are you doing the factory reset, via the interface or the button in the back of the router?

Sorry for replying so late, I was moving houses and it's been hectic. In response to your question, I have done it both ways and the message still shows.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 24, 2020 Administrators Posted November 24, 2020 No worries, what device/operating system are you using? Right click the page > Inspect Element. In the window that appears go to the Network tab. Click disable cache. Hold the browser refresh button until hard reload and empty cache appears and then click that. Does that allow it to load correctly?
Mario Rodriguez Posted December 5, 2020 Author Posted December 5, 2020 I changed browsers and with edge the error doesn´t appear

Mario Rodriguez Posted December 16, 2020 Author Posted December 16, 2020 I went back to using chrome and the message is still showing. I have some ad-blocking extensions but apart from that nothing else. The thing is, that message didn´t show up until I updated the device.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 16, 2020 Administrators Posted December 16, 2020 If you do a simple reboot does it load correctly in other browsers?
Mario Rodriguez Posted December 22, 2020 Author Posted December 22, 2020 With other browsers seems to work fine, the message doesn´t appear
Netduma Liam Posted December 23, 2020 Posted December 23, 2020 11 hours ago, Mario Rodriguez said: With other browsers seems to work fine, the message doesn´t appear That's interesting, so it's just chrome that you're having an issue with? If you disable all extensions temporarily does it fix the issue?

OK, so is everything working now?
