Keep getting logged out of DumaOS every 10 minutes or so. Dont lose internet but it just logs me out. Known issue?

Not many people have the XR1000 just yet so we haven't had many support queries so not a known issue as of yet. Is the web browser setup to save cookies?

will check i am using google chrome have not changed any settings. i was using XR700 before i set up the XR1000 and was not an issue

@Six7 Tango How do you like the XR1000 so far? I know you likely just got it but was curious of your impressions thus far.. Do you also have the R2?

Thanks for bringing it to our attention, I'll make a ticket for it so we can try to reproduce it, it may be the default timeout.

XR1000 is very nice like the wifi 6a

think i may have fixed it by changing my subnet mask to same as my isp subnet

still getting signed out but not as frequently 1 or 2 times a day it will log out of DumaOS on its own

That's normal then, it will ask you to login a few times. That is about the same amount of times I am asked to login on a daily basis. Well done for figuring it out!
