This is a problem already known to the team and they are working on it, they have already announced that in the next firmware update it will be corrected, it is just a matter of patience and wait, but they announced that it will be available soon. A greeting! Tmtmulisha
Tmtmulisha
All ok thanks I’m brand new to netduma I love my router away from the modem and my PlayStation thinking it my be interference. And it helped a lot. But I will still wait for the firmware update! titofuenla
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 22, 2020 Administrators Share Posted September 22, 2020 Hey, welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having this issue. As above we've been working really hard on this and we'll have a new firmware this week that should help. Tmtmulisha
Tmtmulisha
Ok so I have a gateway with WiFi disabled should they be away from each other? Second could a hdmi splitter be causing this issue? Edited September 22, 2020 by Tmtmulisha
