What about 8pm BST so 3pm for you? You will need to download and install TeamViewer here: https://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/windows/ and then open it and give me the ID & password that it shows at our appointment time. Make sure you have TeamViewer downloaded & installed by then and send me the user ID/password TeamViewer gives you in a PM prior to the time.
