Cant Accesss DumaOS/ or by using the ip

Don't know why this is happening like last night this was working but the internet wasn't now the internet works but I cant access the features

same thing happened to me a while ago, I reset the router.

i just resetted the router and now it says this for when i put ip

When you put in admin/password did it allow you access to the interface?

no it doesn't its like its the wrong password because it refreshes, saying like its wrong. I only want to answer the features so i can better my gameplay

Unplug the router from the power for 10 minutes, then connect it again and try to access the interface with:

Username: admin
Password: password

again and see if it works please.

i tried it and it still doesnt work like it was 10 minutes exactly and everything nothing seems to work

Please try accessing using the same credentials in an Incognito browser window, if that fails press cancel instead, does it allow you access?

I am having a TeamViewer session with someone else on Tuesday who is having this issue as well. If you're around before 9:45pm BST (UK time) today then we could do that so I could take a look or do so on Tuesday?

That was the latest time, let's do it before then though if we can. What about 8pm BST so 3pm for you? You will need to download and install TeamViewer here: https://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/windows/ and then open it and give me the ID & password that it shows at our appointment time. I may not be able to fix it for you but will definitely be able to confirm it is an issue and then I can feedback that to the devs.

Yes we can do 3:30/8:30pm. Make sure you have TeamViewer downloaded & installed by then and send me the user ID/password TeamViewer gives you in a PM prior to the time.
