There are no optimal settings really its down to your line and equipment and everyone's line is slightly different so best to play around until you get the results you want

There is no ''optimal setting''.  Everyone has a different internet connection.
- Put your Ps4 in Traffic Prioritization as 'Game Console'.
- Give your PS4 30% of your bandwidth (gaming doesn't need a lot of bandwidth).
- Start with Antibufferbloat at 70/70% and saturate your line and watch with PingPlotter how your ping remains the most stable.
