Double Nat

Is there anyway to get a open nat when your a sky customer? 

My xbox is getting  a  double nat detected

Hey, long time no see!

You should be able to get an open NAT by putting the R2 WAN IP into the Sky HUB DMZ, does that help?

I am with Sky and as Fraser said with the DMZ works at treat.

Yeah i did that and my xbox is showing Moderate Nat, UPnP not successful, My pc xbox companion app also shows my Nat in Moderate

Do you have devices that are still connected to the hub and is UPnP enabled on the hub?

No mate, Just the R2 in the the sky hub 

And UPnP disabled on the sky hub

I have the R2 in the sky hub address reservation that is correct?

Yes to keep it the same IP, so it is that WAN IP you entered into the DMZ? Reboot the router if you haven't already after doing the DMZ and see if it takes hold then.

All sorted Fraser, I had to factory reset my Sky hub and that did the trick, Did the norm with the setup but it was my hub coursing the issue. 

Any problems i will let you know but should be all good now ☺️
