Infoseye Posted July 24, 2020 Posted July 24, 2020 I saw a right up on this on here http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000074717-how-to-test-your-internet-ping I ran ping plotter, can anyone explain what I have screenshot, not sure of what am looking at. For an example I'm experiencing packet loss? I can see my average ping thats about what I know. Any information you can give would be greatly appreciated.
N3CR0 Posted July 24, 2020 Posted July 24, 2020 Packet loss will be shown as red bars on the bottom graph so on that screenshot, there is no packet loss.
Infoseye Posted July 24, 2020 Author Posted July 24, 2020 Okay thats good right? What about my line is good? like stable? I know if I see red vertical bars means my network is bad
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 24, 2020 Administrators Posted July 24, 2020 Yes that's good. Yes it's generally pretty stable. Your maximum reaches less than 15ms so you would be unlikely to notice this in a game either, it's not really high enough to have an affect.
Illenium Posted September 22, 2020 Posted September 22, 2020 There is a simpler way to check your ping. just follow this instruction: In Windows, hit Windows+R. In the Run window, type “cmd” into the search box, and then hit Enter. At the prompt, type “ping” along with the URL or IP address you want to ping, and then hit Enter. TTL is your pin rate.
