Settings should have bridge mode in them or you On your XR700, go to the System Information page and make a note of the WAN IP then on the modem/router upstream, set the XR700's IP as static/reserved so that it won't change on the modem/router upstream, put the WAN IP from the first step into the DMZ, so that the XR700 bypasses the firewall.

Also if you look up the model of the Fios modem/router that you have then you should find the user guide which will tell you where the options are located in the interface.
