I state that I have already tried to:
empty the browser cache,

IP or dumaos/,Screenshot_2020-03-26-22-23-56-723_com.android.chrome.thumb.jpg.76050582a22475d73c35481a47fb013b.jpg

change computer.... smartphone,
reset,
try another browser.
The only solution is the reboot ....but in 24h return the same problem  :(((
Is there a solution?

Just to clarify, have you done a factory reset? When the issue occurs do ipconfig in command prompt on a Windows PC and then post the results here please, as well as doing a ping to the LAN IP address of the router.

This was when the issue occurs correct? You've changed the LAN IP of the R1 to 192.168.1.1? If you connect via ethernet when the issue occurs do you get the same result?

On a PC try to access the interface then right click the page and click Inspect Element. Then on the Window that appears click the console tab please and then take a screenshot of the entire web browser.

It looks like you didn't actually click on the console tab for that screenshot, if you could do that please then I could pass it on to the developers.

Yes my friend.. ive put m R1 back in its box since my last post.... This problem was getting me stress out.. i was hopeing to log in and see a solution..

Without the screenshot of the console tab it's hard to determine what has happened. If you can provide that I can pass it on to the developers.

Netduma fraser. i gave the team screen shots and was told the devs will look at it. cant remember the ut come. check all my email post to you and the team, please.

Have you emailed us recently? Your last post in your topic indicated you resolved the issue, is it still happening?

No i havnt....   Well heres what has happened over all.. Since disconnecting my Netduma R1 for about a month i reconnected it back to see what new sincne are last comments. Its been working perfect. i plugged it back in on 8th of may and its still up and running... looking go so far..  I would suggest discnnecting the netduma R1, put it back in its box for 2 weeks and see if that works, if i doesnt. Try  1 month... I will keep you upto date with this progress..

That is really strange! We do sometimes suggest 24 hours unplugged for issues but will keep that in mind thanks, glad it is working now.

Hello. I am having a similar issue here, the netduma dashboard doesn't work. it just keeps buffering forever. This even after I reset. I also tried unlplugging the modem and only using the cable to my PC, (cable is my default setup). Phone have the same issue. I tried different browsers with same result. I have the R1 router, but with one of the newer Firmwares from the beta branch, updated last time sometime early this year.

How did you do the reset? Hold the button in the back of the router down for 30 seconds then release and wait 1-2 minutes before trying to access the interface. Also clear the browser cache/cookies before accessing after the reset. Does it work then?

Hello, and thank you for the reply, sorry for the late answer.

I finally got around to do what you suggested with deleting cache in chrome, the 30 seconds, and the 2 minute wait after reset.

But unfortunately for me it didn't change anything, having the exact same issue. It did reset as the password went back to default. But now I'm stuck with default settings. I even tried a different browser just for good mesure.

Could you unplug the router completely from power for 24 hours please then try to access it again? Sometimes that can resolve issues like this.
