I'm afraid it has been removed from the latest firmware by NETGEAR. Instead, could you try installing this firmware, which is one version back: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/28523-new-xr500-hotfix-firmware-for-drop-outs/ After installing, go to >Settings >Monitoring >Connection Status and you should then be able to change it there.
