perte de connexion a mon FAI

Bonjour

J'ai connecter mon XR500 en DMZ avancer et PPPoE sur mon Home Hub 3000 en fibre optique 500/500 la semaine passer avec un technicien allumé de Bell et j'ai jouer toute la fds.

aujourd'hui, jai assigné en adresse static a mes derniers appareilles et j'ai rebooter mon Xr500. résultat mon XR500 nest plus capable de se connecter au HH3K ???

j'ai été obligé de faire un factory reset et avec un technicien de bell, réactivé mon code pour être capable de me reconnecter.

avez vous déja entendu parler de se problème ? est-ce normal que je dois faire appelle au technicien de mon FAI ?

maintenant tout fonctionne et je ne rebooterai plus ....

So you put the XR500 into the DMZ of the Home Hub, and then you set that IP as a static IP in the XR500 Settings? Did you reserve the IP on the Home Hub also?

Je ne crois pas pouvoir reserver une IP sur le HH3K, ( I don't believe I can reserve IP on HH3K  

Yes actually I setup the static IP adress in the XR500,

I keep the MAC Adress in my file as well.

Ok, sometimes if the modem is not expecting you to connect with a static IP, that IP will not be available to use. Maybe it was not working before because it thought your XR500 was a new device after the reset?

This is why I usually prefer to use reserved IP's on the device that has the DHCP pool. It's less likely to go wrong.
