If I 'allow' a dedicated server within my home radius and then later reduce the radius so the server becomes outside the radius, is it still allowed or does the radius then determine if it is allowed? Just to note, that doesn't guarantee you'll always get that server but if it is available then you'll allow it rather than block it.
