mvittorio Posted October 27, 2019 Posted October 27, 2019 All of a sudden most of the R1 NetDuma Device webpage interfaces are not loading anymore. And when they do it takes almost a few mins before the interface for that settings page finishes loading. Didn't have this issue when I first installed the Netduma R1 a few months ago? Its running the DumaOS Newest Software which it has been from day one of when I installed it.
Administrators Netduma Alex Posted October 28, 2019 Administrators Posted October 28, 2019 Welcome to the forums! Firstly, have you tried using a different browser, or using your current browser in incognito mode? This will rule out any problems with caching. If that doesn't work, you could try performing a factory reset.
belphil Posted October 26, 2020 Posted October 26, 2020 having the same problem. i factory reset once already.

belphil Posted October 28, 2020 Posted October 28, 2020 well the initial ip of netduma is 192.168.88.1 and i've changed it to 192.168.2.2
belphil Posted October 28, 2020 Posted October 28, 2020 Just now, belphil said: well the initial ip of netduma is 192.168.88.1 and i've changed it to 192.168.2.2 since my home network is 192.168.2....
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 28, 2020 Administrators Posted October 28, 2020 It is connected to another router that has the IP 192.168.2.x is that right then? If so then that is your issue and why you can't access the interface. It cannot be in that same range, it will already have a WAN IP in the 2.x range.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 28, 2020 Administrators Posted October 28, 2020 Yes I should think it would work when changing back. Yes even when connected to the R1 you will be able to access the ISP modem interface using the 192.168.2.x LAN IP.
belphil Posted October 28, 2020 Posted October 28, 2020 going to try that out and let you know. thanks!!
belphil Posted October 28, 2020 Posted October 28, 2020 so the web interface opens up so far, but still can't open my isp modem/router page
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 29, 2020 Administrators Posted October 29, 2020 What is the LAN IP of the ISP router? It's likely 192.168.2.1
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 29, 2020 Administrators Posted October 29, 2020 The R1 is connected from its internet port to one of the LAN ports on the modem/router right?

I responded. 14 hours ago, belphil said: my ISP modem/router runs a cable from it's WAN port to the PoE port of Netduma It needs to be connected from the LAN port of the ISP modem/router. Then you will be able to access it correctly.
belphil Posted November 3, 2020 Posted November 3, 2020 from the Lan port of the ISP modem to a LAN port of the R1 or the PoE of the R1?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 3, 2020 Administrators Posted November 3, 2020 LAN of ISP modem/router to PoE/Port 1 of the R1.
