Administrators Netduma Alex Posted September 30, 2019 Administrators Share Posted September 30, 2019 Are you saying that the 2.4GHz connection is weak? It it weaker than when it's combined with 5GHz? Usually 2.4GHz reaches further than 5GHz but isn't quite as fast. Do you have any other devices near the router that could be interfering with your connection? Any thick walls between yourself and the router?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 5, 2019 Administrators Share Posted October 5, 2019 A WiFi issue like that is hard to say and can vary a lot. Have you place the antennas on the router in optimal positions? Is there thick walls between you and the router?
