Geo filter not filtering

I cannot get Geo filter function to filter for the region I have marked. It's consistently selecting servers outside the marked area. I have attached my Geo filter settings, is there a reason why this is happening?

You are getting servers outside your radius because you have ping assist set to 200ms. To only get servers within your radius set ping assist to 0.

I would recommend using ping assist but setting it to a much lower value, you can read about ping assist here:

Just to reiterate the above, your 200ms Ping Assist setting will be why that is happening. Generally setting it about 20ms above your speedtest.net ping is a good starting point.
