FlexJ
Hi alex no i sort the ping not showing. its the GUI saying NIL that needs an update. and ive seen in another post the 60-61 has been requested.
Administrators Netduma Alex Posted June 20, 2019 Administrators Share Posted June 20, 2019 Ah okay. Well we'll need to try and recreate the problem and try and isolate what causes it. I imagine it's something to do with pinning the auto ping to the dashboard. I'll see if I can get access to an XR300 to test.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 20, 2019 Administrators Share Posted June 20, 2019 I believe I know what the issue is so I've let the team know and hopefully they'll be able to resolve that but we won't be able to release a firmware ourselves

FlexJ
Hi just having a look on what firmware i'm on. this this correct? XR300-V1.0.3.26_10.3.22? seems odd to me that i have the _10.3.22 at the end. as i haven't seen that in the previous XR's and R1
Administrators Netduma Alex Posted June 24, 2019 Administrators Share Posted June 24, 2019 Yes that's normal on the XR300 👍
