Soup187 Posted December 20, 2018 Posted December 20, 2018 Uncaught TypeError: this.cancelAnimation is not a function This error comes up after I click any tab while in the router after signing in. I can't do anything after reaching this point.
BIG__DOG Posted December 20, 2018 Posted December 20, 2018 did you try a factory reset after upgrading?
Soup187 Posted December 20, 2018 Author Posted December 20, 2018 Everything was working fine up until a day ago. i can't access anything to do a factory resest. When I hover over certain tabs, that's when the error pops up
Soup187 Posted December 20, 2018 Author Posted December 20, 2018 Yes, I have tried that and using different browsers. I have unplugged the router and modem. I have hit the reset on the router, and I still get the error
BIG__DOG Posted December 20, 2018 Posted December 20, 2018 open command prompt: type : ipconfig /release type: ipconfig /renew type ipconfig /flushdns Try logging into the R1 with the gateway address given in the command prompt.
Soup187 Posted December 20, 2018 Author Posted December 20, 2018 I tried this on my computer that's hooked up to my router. Was this the right place to do this? I had no luck, if so afterwards same error
BIG__DOG Posted December 20, 2018 Posted December 20, 2018 The only other solution I can think of at the moment is to downgrade back to R1 original firmware and reapply upgrade! I am sure @Netduma Fraser or @Netduma Jack may have a response to give soon.
Soup187 Posted December 20, 2018 Author Posted December 20, 2018 how do I downgrade to r1, i can't access anything when I log in

There are also several icons on top right of GUI. 1 of them has the option to install firmware. I think it is info icon but cannot remember as mine is in my drawer.

There maybe a possible fault that I am unfamiliar with. Sorry I cannot help you further but I am a Site Mod not Tech Support.
