Uncaught TypeError: this.cancelAnimation is not a function

This error comes up after I click any tab while in the router after signing in. I can't do anything after reaching this point.

Everything was working fine up until a day ago. i can't access anything to do a factory resest. When I hover over certain tabs, that's when the error pops up

Yes, I have tried that and using different browsers. I have unplugged the router and modem. I have hit the reset on the router, and I still get the error

open command prompt:

type :         ipconfig /release

type:          ipconfig /renew

type           ipconfig /flushdns

Try logging into the R1 with the gateway address given in the command prompt.

I tried this on my computer that's hooked up to my router. Was this the right place to do this? I had no luck, if so afterwards same error

The only other solution I can think of at the moment is to downgrade back to R1 original firmware and reapply upgrade! I am sure @Netduma Fraser or @Netduma Jack may have a response to give soon.

not even the settings tab on the left menu list? There are also several icons on top right of GUI. 1 of them has the option to install firmware. I think it is info icon but cannot remember as mine is in my drawer.

OK, Thank You, we will have to wait until someone from Netduma responds now. There maybe a possible fault that I am unfamiliar with. Sorry I cannot help you further but I am a Site Mod not Tech Support.
