I have another router connected that transmits wifi for my kids devices only, at a set time at night when it is bedtime I have it set to go off at 10pm. If for some reason he misbehaves I can just go into device manager and clock block for that router and all devices get blocked on that router. Currently, the only solution we have here is to go the Device Manager and click on your daughter's device, then click Block.
