Your PS4 is enabled (since you've added it!) but it automatically detects which service to use, just like the Geo-Filter. You can't select a service on the Geo-Filter either, since DumaOS is smart and knows exactly what to use for consoles. I hope this makes sense - that's why you can't switch mode on consoles.
