TonyBlack88
So I think I found the problem of my connection woes so having the Arris TM602G( https://www.amazon.com/Arris-TM602G-Telephony-Modem-Packaging/dp/B015DXZ3GY) as the main modem in my house cause once it's cut off everything is off including the the TP Link 7610 in my room is there a networking problem going on between the two. I may be grasping at straws cause we only pay for just one account for the cable line.
BIG__DOG
modems or routers? If you mean modems then there should only be 1 modem on a network!
Netduma Staff Netduma Jack Posted November 5, 2018 Netduma Staff Share Posted November 5, 2018 I'd have to agree with Big Dog above - the premise of this question (and the title of this post) makes no sense. You should only ever have one Modem on your network - that's the connection point between your ISP line and your home network. That being said, if you simply meant about having a Modem and then other routers in your network, let us know and we'll go from there
