Administrators Netduma Admin Posted October 18, 2018 Administrators Share Posted October 18, 2018 Have you enabled your QoS settings? If you have, you should be getting lower speeds than your max ISP speeds. Please follow this guide to setup QoS: http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000077073-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-qos-step-3-

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 19, 2018 Administrators Share Posted October 19, 2018 You need to ping an external host such as 8.8.8.8 also is Anti-Bufferbloat set to Always or When High Priority Traffic detected?

Administrators Netduma Admin Posted October 21, 2018 Administrators Share Posted October 21, 2018 You might have a general issue with your line based on that packet loss. Was the test done wired? Could you connect your PC to your modem and repeat the test? Post your results here and we can take a look.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 21, 2018 Administrators Share Posted October 21, 2018 Thats directly into the router again but it's not too bad this time around. There may just have been ISP congestion at the time. Also you haven't set your bandwidth speeds to what you pay for so QoS won't be working effectively. Set to what you expect and then it should be better.
