ostateboi419
I have the same problem but this solution did not work for me. I'm playing Destiny 2 on Xbox one. Does the Destiny 2 PC profile work for the console version, or is it needed at all?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 17, 2018 Administrators Share Posted October 17, 2018 Hey, welcome to the forum! Wait 2 minutes between setting up the Geo-Filter, then boot up the game. The profile from the profile tab? That will work. Your console should have a console device type in the Device Manager if not change it to one. Delete from the Geo-Filter then re-add, it should have the console service and will work.

I actually figured this out about 15 min before you replied. By default it had my console identified as a PC, that was the issue. After properly identifying it, everything has worked flawlessly.
