Thanks. mine didn;t start tracking until it got to the US for USPS, but i could track via Royal National Mail before that.

Also how long did it take approximately to receive the product. Again thanks.

Again thanks. maybe around 5 business days (because i live in the US and it has to go through customs), just google search the tracking number they gave you.

For the US, this is USPS, which tracks mail here: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction!input.action

I'm not sure what that means but I'm guessing it's not going to move until Friday at the soonest.

You should be able to track it on this site: http://www.poste.it/ But I'm not too sure where to look as the English version of the site was not very clear. It should take six business days to arrive. Today is the 5th day so it should hopefully arrive either tomorrow or on Wednesday.
