Mensashi
Like the topic says Ill be playing a game and suddenly the netduma beeps and restarts itself randomly. And its doing this over and over and over. At first it would happen very infrequently, but now its starting to happen every time I play like clockwork. Its getting to the point i'm about to just use m my normal modem. Its not overheating as far as I know, it's plugged into a surge protector, and its using the cord it came with.. I don;t know what to do. And sometimes when it does this it will not even log back on the internet. I will have to unplug it completely and plug it back in for it to work again. Please help. pollutionblues
First of all I would plug it into a wall socket to rule out your surge protector being faulty.

When did you buy your Netduma? Try the suggestion above and let us know. Have you tried factory resetting the router via Settings > Miscellaneous? Is the router in the open and free of any dust etc? Mensashi
When did you buy your Netduma? Try the suggestion above and let us know. Have you tried factory resetting the router via Settings > Miscellaneous? Is the router in the open and free of any dust etc? I bought it last year like in October I think from amazon. This is actually the second one I bought from amazon because the first one completely failed on me. Before I even read the post above, I actually did plug it into the wall socket and also attempted a factory reset. I thought it was working fine and then literally just five minutes ago it did the exact same thing. It is literally on top of a stand and clean no dust and nothing obstructing any part of it. I was watching YouTube, then the video wouldn't load further. I kept refreshing the page over and over, then the beep that I am now starting to really hate came from the duma and then the internet turned off again. The only difference is that this time I didn't have to unplug it and plug it back in for it to work. It reset on its own. UPDATE: I just also noticed the netduma reset all my setting even though I had cookies enabled, everything is gone. I now have to add all my settings all over again... UPDATE 2: i just created a profile for all my setting so in the event of another random reboot perhaps that will help me to keep my setting or maybe reload them. I will see what happens on the next random reboot. UPDATE 3: once again in the middle of a game, the netduma just reboots randomly and once again did not save any of my setting so once again I have to program all the setting back again. Its even worse than before. I literally cannot even finish one match without this happening now!!
