Direink144
I am continually getting disconnected after a COD WWII game on my xbox1 with the error ; communication with the Activision servers has been interrupted. But when i play using my bell home hub 2000 modem exclusively it never ever happens. What can i tweak on my R1. Have had my R1 for about 2 yrs. Administrators Netduma Admin Posted April 7, 2018 Administrators Share Posted April 7, 2018 Hi - it could be the CoD servers just messing up but let’s just rule out the R1 be the cause. Could you try disabling the Geo-Filter to see if this is the cause (so disable it and if everything is working fine, enable it again and see if the problem comes back) Also - do you have an Open NAT? Direink144
Ok so when geo is off everything is ok. Nat also open. When geo on is I get booted. I have geo set with zero ping to force sever location.
Administrators Netduma Admin Posted April 7, 2018 Administrators Share Posted April 7, 2018 Could you try booting up your console and game with the geofilter disabled, then when you are ready to search for a game, enable the Geo Filter. Does that solve the problem?

Administrators Netduma Admin Posted April 7, 2018 Administrators Share Posted April 7, 2018 Does a yellow triangle appear on your map when you get booted from the lobby? It sounds like a key matchmaking server is being blocked by your Geo-Filter so the solution would be to allow it.
