pollutionblues
I’m not sure why the test isn’t working for you to be honest, sorry I can’t be any help with that. DSLReports isn’t the best way to test for bufferbloat as it’s not very accurate IMO. I would suggest running PingPlotter, setting your sliders to 100% then saturating your connection with as many downloads or streams as possible then adjust your sliders until you get the most stable ping. 70% each is a guideline but experiment with the sliders to find the optimum values for your setup. This seems like a weird issue though it won't be caused by the router (or at least, it's very unlikely). If you remove the router from your setup and test straight to the modem does the test fail then? Make sure you test using a wired PC on Google Chrome. Let us know if it works for you - I'd also recommend PingPlotter as above.
Alex49H
Yep DSLreports has been like that for some time now, but I noticed it when I am logged into my account. It may be something in the settings that was ticked that is causing that issue to fail on the upload, because when I log out of my account it works.
