Clear the browser's cache and hard reload, does it load properly then?

 

If not can you provide a screenshot please?

What browser are you using?

Does it occur on all browsers?

What firmware version are you on?

tried that didnt work.. does it in Opera and Google Chrome

Oh sorry, there's so many version numbers flying around internally it's hard to keep track! The V2.1.0.6 you've just downloaded is the latest :)

cant install a new firmware when i cant access the firmware page under the settings page to begin with

12/5/2019 and im still having this issue! how is this not fixed? like why.. and no im not factory reseting. that shit is annoying.

This isn't an issue everyone has and is usually down to browser. We've not seen you post until yesterday which we've replied to asking for more details so we don't know if you're having the issue until you let us know.
