Netduma Staff Netduma Jack Posted March 7, 2018 Netduma Staff Share Posted March 7, 2018 Hi guys, I noticed when using IPv6 Native PPoEE, the network monitor doesn't work properly when displaying the (Mbps) from active devices - any solutions cheers Hi, welcome to the forum! So just to clarify this issue completely, in what way specifically does the Network Monitor not work properly? Which graphs are incorrectly displaying information? If you could post a screenshot here for us to look at, that would be a fantastic help. Our lead tech guru Fraser will be online soon and will be able to pitch in with his thoughts, but until then any and all information you could share with us would help us greatly

skschatzman
Confirmed. I can produce the exact same issue.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 7, 2018 Administrators Share Posted March 7, 2018 What are you doing on these devices when the screenshots were taken? If you do something like a speed test does the network monitor not appear accordingly?

If you do something like a speed test does the network monitor not appear accordingly? Yeah a speed test or general browsing for watching videos - it will not display the correct speed on both of the graphs - will only work if I disable IPv6
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 7, 2018 Administrators Share Posted March 7, 2018 Okay just spoken with the Devs and they have informed me that the router functionality is there but advanced DumaOS features are currently IPv4 only. We are seeing more people starting to use IPv6 so it is something we'll be looking into.
jb68
Ah okay, didn't know IPv6 would cause that - ill disable it for now and continue using IPv4
