redwing497
Hi All, I tried searching the forums and knowledge bases but couldn't find an answer. The way I have my XR hooked up is considered a non-standard installation from my ISP which they won't support if I have any issues with my service. If I need support from them, I'll have to hook up their provided router. To do this, I would need to release the IP from the XR. Can anyone show me where this can be done? Thanks! Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 16, 2018 Administrators Share Posted February 16, 2018 Hi Redwing, there shouldn’t be any need to do that just unplug the XR500 and everything should work as expected.
N3CR0
Exactly what Fraser said, we all have problems sometimes and have to plug in our ISP provided equipment for a bit.
