DJScorp Posted December 17, 2017 Posted December 17, 2017 Xbox one X can't get a teredo ip address. Netduma plugged directly to the modem. Factory reset netduma couple of times that didn't help. please help.
pollutionblues Posted December 17, 2017 Posted December 17, 2017 Make sure the geofilter is disabled when you are running the connection test.
DJScorp Posted December 17, 2017 Author Posted December 17, 2017 Same result Nat type unavailable. I tried port forwards with upnp disabled with no luck. When I restart netduma with upnp enabled i will get in Xbox open NAT for 5 min and then It will switch to Nat type Unavailable.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 17, 2017 Administrators Posted December 17, 2017 Do the above and also make sure you have settings done as per: http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000022359-how-do-i-open-my-nat-
DJScorp Posted December 17, 2017 Author Posted December 17, 2017 I done that multiple times with no results.
pollutionblues Posted December 18, 2017 Posted December 18, 2017 Does it only say unavailable after you enable the geofilter? Is your NAT open in game when the console says unavailable?
DJScorp Posted December 18, 2017 Author Posted December 18, 2017 No it will stay unavailable with geofilter on of off. The only way i can get it open if I reboot the router with upnp enabled. It will stay open for about 5 min and then will switch to unavailable. I tried to open all the ports with upnp off, with no results .
Netduma Staff Netduma Jack Posted December 18, 2017 Netduma Staff Posted December 18, 2017 If you follow this guide on the Xbox website, does this resolve your issue? https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-one/networking/multiplayer-connection-error-solution Also, ensure you've got Auto-Cloud and Bleeding Edge ticked in Settings > Miscellaneous. Does this issue still occur when you've removed the Netduma from your setup?
DJScorp Posted December 18, 2017 Author Posted December 18, 2017 I tried xbox solution and it only work with upnp enabled if I restart netduma for 5 min then it will switch back to unavailable. If I use different router it will stay open with no problem. It only happen when I upgrade router to (i) version it was working fine with (g)

Netduma Staff Netduma Jack Posted December 19, 2017 Netduma Staff Posted December 19, 2017 Please try these steps: - Go to Xbox dashboard. - Go to system settings - Go to network - Go to advanced settings - Go to alternate MAC address Clear - Your Xbox will tell you It will restart. - Once you have restarted the NAT type should be registering again.
pollutionblues Posted December 19, 2017 Posted December 19, 2017 It comes back as unavailable Is your NAT open in game? Do you have any problems finding a game or joining party chat?
DJScorp Posted December 19, 2017 Author Posted December 19, 2017 nat in a game moderate , I cant connect to party chat.
DJScorp Posted December 19, 2017 Author Posted December 19, 2017 should i try to downgrade back to the (G) version ?
pollutionblues Posted December 19, 2017 Posted December 19, 2017 should i try to downgrade back to the (G) version ? I wouldn’t downgrade unless you are told to do so by Netduma staff. Have you tried a factory reset from Miscellaneous?
pollutionblues Posted December 19, 2017 Posted December 19, 2017 Yes multiple times And the Dumas WAN IP is definitely in your modems DMZ?
DJScorp Posted December 19, 2017 Author Posted December 19, 2017 I am running tp link 7610 there is no option for dm]z
DJScorp Posted December 20, 2017 Author Posted December 20, 2017 Anything else I should try ? Thank you for helping me
pollutionblues Posted December 20, 2017 Posted December 20, 2017 Anything else I should try ? Thank you for helping me The only other think I can think of is to use port forwarding. This is the list of Xbox ports: https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-one/networking/network-ports-used-xbox-live Make sure that UPnP is disabled. Does that fix it?
Netduma Staff Netduma Jack Posted December 20, 2017 Netduma Staff Posted December 20, 2017 Anything else I should try ? Thank you for helping me Do you have more than one Xbox? Try what Pollutionblues suggested above and let us know how it goes.
DJScorp Posted December 20, 2017 Author Posted December 20, 2017 I tried that multiples times and that didn't help. No i have only one Xbox wired with static ip.
