Setting up technicolour Zen hub.

Hi can any one shed some light on how to setup this router to work with the Duma, I can only get the laptop to work

Do other devices have Internet access when using the Zenhub? Is your setup Zenhub > Netduma > All Devices?

 

If you can't get Internet access on other devices, it's possible you might require PPPoE. You'll need to enter these details into the Netduma WAN settings. Please let us know what isn't working properly when you try to set this up.

They don't Technicolor is the brand.

Then it would be the normal put the dumas WAN IP in the DMZ of the Technicolor

Ok so broadband is up and running, thanks for help, always appreciated, finally I can wipe Virgin out of my head, although it works, it's always va struggle, can't recommend Virgin at all.
