Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted June 2, 2015 Netduma Staff Share Posted June 2, 2015 Can we have some more info please? What is the error? Can you connect via Wifi? Have you tried via wired? Do you get an internet connection when connecting directly through the modem? Finally can you post a screen shot of the top of the device manager page please. Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted June 3, 2015 Netduma Staff Share Posted June 3, 2015 Wicked thanks again guys. What was the issue? Restarted both routers and it fixed. It did have an IP in the Device manager so not sure why it wouldn't allow him to connect, maybe it was something wrong with the modem, what I do know is turning things off and on again seam to fix most problems, lol
