Should be interesting to see what more seasoned people on here have to say especially since you've done pretty much all the basics! You've now even done a factory reset which for me at least usually has fixed any and all issues.

I don't know what you mean by "set your MAC to auto in the network settings?" my Mac is already in DHCP and it is automatically getting IP address.

My PS4 was in hyper traffic but after factory reset My PS4 removed from hyper traffic. now I have another problem. I always put Algorithm on reactive after a while NETDUMA changes it to preemptive.
