KYZA-SOZAY82
Can anyone tell me how to access the netduma router on my iphone5? Or tell me if it is possible to do so?
mountainping
Type in the same local IP address of the R1 as you would on a computer, then log in. Hope this helped answer your question ColonicBoom

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 16, 2017 Administrators Share Posted August 16, 2017 If you're connected to the phones data rather than WiFi then you wouldn't be able to access. You need to be connected to it's WiFi & then you should be able to connect as above.

Look on the WiFi settings of your iPhone. Press the (i) icon next to the WiFi that it is connected to. What does the router IP address say? XSXS
Does not look like your Iphone is being routed through the Netduma. If it was it would have an IP address like this 192.168.88.72. How exactly do have everything set up?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 17, 2017 Administrators Share Posted August 17, 2017 DHCP ip address is 192.168.1.72 I use my netduma with my bt smarthub, which i use the wifi on. The netduma's wifi is not used. That explains it. You can't access the interface if the device is not connected to the router or is not downstream/behind it. If you want to access the interface from upstream then you need to enable "Access control panel from WAN(not recommend)." in miscellaneous settings. If you're enabling this option then you should set an interface username and password otherwise anyone on the internet could access the interface. You can then type your public IP address into your web browser and it should take you to the Netduma interface (assuming the R1 is in the smart hubs DMZ). With your setup as we'll you're not able to make use of the congestion control features if you weren't aware.
