DumaRocks Posted July 27, 2017 Share Posted July 27, 2017 I don't understand why this would be so but pulling up the duma portal is really really slow lately. It is basically local so I am not sure why it should be so slow when external sites are far faster when they shouldn't be.Anyone else experience this and just has an FYI, the same day I did a factory reset so not sure why it is happening. titofuenla Posted July 27, 2017 Share Posted July 27, 2017 Try to go to congestion control and press on set bandwidth enter your down and upload then press update bandwidth and press ok. DumaRocks Posted July 31, 2017 Author Share Posted July 31, 2017 By the way, I did find the solution. Thanks for the link Fraser, I think that link provided the issue. There is a conflict with UPnP, port forwarding, Geo filter all being used in some fashion. I don't know exactly which combination was causing it but just did a factory reset, put back in all my original settings and am paying close attention to this as I test different setting variations to try to solve an issue I am having with COD.
