Anthony_1707 Posted July 21, 2017 Posted July 21, 2017 Hi, Yesterday I was watching Netflix while my PS4 was downloading Destiny 2 Beta, then the Internet went off I thought that it was the ISP having problems (really common in my country) after a while off turning off and on the router I went to sleep, ( I left the modem connected directly to the computer) when I woke up the computer had internet so I connected the modem > router > computer, but now I can't access the dasbord neither the Internet, I tried connecting the modem > pc but the overall didn't get a valid ip for like a hour of trying different thing, I connected back on the router but still I can't access the dashboard! PD: last night I could access the dashboard

Are you rebooting things when you do this or just plugging it in and hoping for the best? If you're not rebooting then try that first.
