mountainping
Any of you going to be testing for d2 ? They have a new match making algorithm from destiny 1, plus a new p2p /cloud server infrastructure for PVP

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 16, 2017 Administrators Share Posted July 16, 2017 We don't support betas but yes we'll take a look to see how it works and get preliminary support if possible
AlsaibaiH
You can start by supporting destiny 1 since everyone is still getting kicked out on the latest clouds .
mountainping
I do not own a netduma just yet, though would be awesome if someone here could have the geonfilter going while the game loads up to see if t connects to to any of their cloud servers . What I mean by this is in many videos I've encountered people who load up say advanced warfare or black ops 3 while geo filter is running. By doing so as the game begins to load at the home menu the Dedicated server Locations pop up. Would love to know if this same thing happens in Destiny 2 that way we know where the servers are (since i think demonware or whatever their name is will be hosting the matchmaking since activision owns destiny)

Imaginable
You can start by supporting destiny 1 since everyone is still getting kicked out on the latest clouds . If you're using the latest cloud settings on Destiny then you must not search the forums lately for Destiny work-arounds. Disable auto cloud and bleeding edge in your Misc. settings on your Net Duma and use the manual settings of: Whitelist: 35 Game Server: 32 Map: 28 I personally have the most success using the old parameters when I play Destiny (It's all I mostly play online and haven't changed these parameters since they were recommended because they simply just work for me): Whitelist: 28 Game Server: 26 Map:

Sproutcore
It's good to see that Destiny 2 is on your radar. Destiny 2 will have dedicated servers for all crucible games that will do all the physics calculations (bullet strike, etc). Local machines will host the graphical content for the matches. I see potential for more beaver like error codes if this is not taken into account when using the Geo-filter: https://www.reddit.com/r/DestinyTheGame/comments/6ddfxg/bungies_changes_to_their_networking_model_is/
