Just recently update the new firmware 1.03.4 & No Internet Connection

Yes, thats because there is no internet connection. But can you check to see if the devices are blocked in the device manager.

 

Also, is there any need for connection to the Nighthawk? Could you connect the Netduma directly to the Modem?

Hi ninja it's late here in the UK so support will resume tomorrow but let's try figure this out. On your phone take a picture of the wan page and show us please

So I think is your router/firmware 1.03.4

 

 

I don't think it is the firmware as there are many, many users on it without this problem. I think the problem was when it restarted after the update.

 

We need to see that picture of the WAN settings, would you be able to get it?
