Just recently update the new firmware 1.03.4 & No Internet Connection

What you think is wrong i have internet when i plug back to my nighthawk when unplug the internet cable out of netduma

Follow theses instructions :)

 

  1. Unplug Nighthawk and Netduma.
  2. Wait 1 minute.
  3. Pug Nighthawk in.
  4. Wait 30 seconds.
  5. Plug Netduma in.
  6. Wait 30 seconds.
  7. Try and access internet.

Did you wait for the times in-between?

 

Can you check to make sure the devices are not blocked in the device manager please.

Yes and I think when i upgrade new firmwire that when i lost my internet

Yes, thats because there is no internet connection. But can you check to see if the devices are blocked in the device manager.

 

Also, is there any need for connection to the Nighthawk? Could you connect the Netduma directly to the Modem?

So I turn off my netduma and get the internet cables connect back to my router nighthawk 1900 and works again. Than go back to the netduma no internet connection

So I think is your router/firmware 1.03.4

 

 

I don't think it is the firmware as there are many, many users on it without this problem. I think the problem was when it restarted after the update.

 

We need to see that picture of the WAN settings, would you be able to get it?

Did your mac address change? Happens to me often. Usually when I reboot my netgear. I going and change that and all is good.
