markbrooklyn
So for some reason I've been getting this error when I go to Test Multiplayer connection. It says IP4 and not IP6 for whatever reason. I don't know if that has something to do with it. I have all of the COD ports forwarded, and the UPnP is off. It doesn't let me even do Xbox Live Party chat because of these settings. I'm on Xbox One. I'm also using a Time Warner/Spectrum Modem/Router combo which I have bridged. Do any of you guys have any suggestions? It seems like I keep running into this problem. I think i had to reboot my xbox, router, and modem to temporarily fix it the last time. It keeps happening though. I also cleared the mac addresses with no luck. Please help me Thanks. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 15, 2017 Administrators Share Posted April 15, 2017 Disable the Geo-filter, does it work then? If so with the Geo-filter enabled do you see anything being blocked?
SonnyBeVapin
I get the same issue ever since getting my Netduma. Only thing that works is unplugging and plugin back in the netduma. Not sure what causes it but that the solution i have found so far. Would love a more permanent one, but dont know what to do haha

There should be no reason that rebooting it does anything different
SonnyBeVapin
Did you try the above suggestion? There should be no reason that rebooting it does anything different I did disable geofilter and tried it and it worked, but the next time i went to play i forgot about doing that and it gave me error again. If I leave it unticked is that ok? Im not 100% positive what exactly the filter is doing.

That's the only thing that worked for me as well. I reboot the duma and then i can party chat. But after a few days i have to do it again. It's super annoying. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 20, 2017 Administrators Share Posted April 20, 2017 Are you on auto & bleeding edge cloud? I put out a whitelist cloud for this issue on Tuesday so the issue should be resolved. If not make sure those two are selected and apply the cloud again
dsdale24
Actually I just recently came back to multiplayer and ran into this problem as well. One evening, rebooting my router seemed to fix the problem, the next two nights it did not. I've tried disabling geofiltering and xbox still reports that the NAT type is "unavailable", can't get a Teredo IP address. A reply at https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/3B7654FE-455A-48FF-84C0-9C21E4F9E170suggests that forwarding on port 3544 is a new requirement. That post is over 2 years old so may not be accurate, did that work for you though? Make sure auto & bleeding edge cloud is ticked and applied in miscellaneous settings. Pete
I know this post is old but I was having the same issue recently and forwarding port 3544 UDP fixed the problem for me, at least temporarily.
